The RNLI Blyth Brach held their Annual Dinner at the Spartans Hotel Blyth on Wednesday 16th November 2011.
Members of the Lifeboat Crew, Members of the Branch and their friends attended the event and enjoyed good company, good food and a good evening. Gordon Smith one of the guests gave a talk about old Blyth and illustrated his talk with many pictures of Blyth as it was many years ago.
During the evening Paul Mooney, the weatherman of BBC Look North, presented four members of the crew with certificates of competency in Casualty Care & First Aid awarded after successfully completing an RNLI training course.
The evening was enjoyed by all and raised £302.
